In 2008 Edi began producing bread for the Rainbow View bakery and, together with Manu, began a community supported agriculture project, whose aim was to grow fresh local produce for the local community. In our second year we grew a variety of vegetables for veg boxes for 25 families.

Now in 2010, we are continuing production of bread and salad packs for sale locally and we are also refocussing our land project, in co-operation with a few local people, to integrate more permaculture principles into the garden and to grow enough vegetables to serve the needs of our small group.
