The Common Loaf is a simple, wholesome, tasty, and nourishing organic loaf that goes very well with our green and fresh growing leaf and vegetable produce.

In 2008, Edi began making the Common Loaf available, first to friends, then to others in our local community. Now from our small dedicated bakery and food production unit, we are making our own organic pizza bases for Casa Mama Mobile Pizza Wagon as well as continuing to produce a small range of breads which are available locally.
